Hello, I'm Trevor S.

I love what I get to do in the world: learn​,​ practice​,​ share! Lots of my learning comes from being the dad of 2 active and awesome teenage boys (who are pretty good at calling me on my BS)! Lots has come from 20+ years of owning and operating a leadership development firm​,​ and having met and coached thousands of wonderful people around the world. But most comes from the (mostly) gentle guidance of my effusive wife and business partner​,​ Dale. 🤗 I LOVE to travel. It's what started me on my growth path​,​ and what inspired me to do what I do in the world. I love FUN​,​ and subsistence farming (small scale!)​,​ and playing sports​,​ and forests and water and sailing and laughing and working with my hands and helping people get shit done.
