I'm guiding a group of men who are committed to keeping their fire lit, rediscovering freedom, developing conscious leadership practices and having FUN! We are hitting the wild and wonderful Nicaragua. I've been here many times and want to share the highlights with you, while also guiding powerful conversations to support your personal growth and building great bonds between great men! Proposed Agenda

Let me first say that in all my work (and play), there is an overarching theme of mental and physical wellness, FUN and adventure. This isn't a piss-up and it's not a "forget everything and run" retreat. Each day will include the practices that I embrace and coach clients to, which keep us grounded, fit and developing strong relationships. I'm always open to learning from others! There will be intense activities (always optional levels), chill time, guided workouts, daily development workshops, yoga and play! The main experiences: + Exploring in and around Managua by bicycle + Enjoying the Masaya artisanal market and live volcano + Playing in and around Laguna de Apoyo nature reserve + Visit the colonial city of Granada and kayak around the nearby islets of Lake Nicaragua + Hit up the amazing Ometepe islands and motorcycle around the 2 volcanos (+ hike to the waterfall) + Stay at the magnificent Pacific coast to surf, boat, snorkel and chill on the beach All the while we'll be immersed in the wonderful culture of the Nicaraguan people, enjoying their cuisine, music and company! The personal development journey will cover all areas of your life, what your strengths are, conditioned beliefs and habits which get in the way of your happiness and success. Structured segments will flow on into great conversations around beach-fires, van rides, paddles and other combined play time. This is a journey to the self; that inner adventurer who used to show up full of life and fun!
